Posting fees
1$/month par item
Placing an item for sale on Artefaks.com costs $1 per month in posting fees (available as part of a posting package). You can post any number of IDENTICAL items under one post for no additional charge.
Service fees
5% service fees on sales
When a buyer confirms his or her intention to buy an item, Artefaks collects 5% of the total sale price in service fees. This percentage also includes shipping fees.
Foreign currency and exchange rates
Unless otherwise specified, all prices and fees posted on Artefaks.com are in Canadian dollars (CDN$).
For foreign buyers paying by credit card, the current exchange rate will be applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the financial institution that issued the card.
Method of payment
Posting fees are automatically charged to your credit card when you confirm the purchase of a posting package.
Service fees are automatically charged to your credit card when a prospective buyer confirms his or her intention to purchase an item that you have for sale.

How do I pay the fees charged by Artefaks?
For the time being, only one method of payment is accepted: credit card. Fees will be charged to the credit card account that you provided when opening your Artefaks merchant account.
If I sell the entire stock of one item or if I remove one item from sale before my package has expired, will I be credited or reimbursed for my posting fees?
No. According to our terms and conditions, posting fees cannot be reimbursed.
Are fees converted into foreign currencies for foreign sellers?
No, fees are collected in Canadian dollars. The current exchange rate will be applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the financial institution that issued the card.
